Mantra for Creative Solutioning

Today on LinkedIn, I encountered excellent sharing on topic "The Secret Phrase That Sparks Creative Solutions". It described the power of amazing simple phrase from writer Warren Berger. The phrase is "How might we". 

How - shows curiosity of mind, assumes that solutions exist, and depicts willingness to meet challenges in solving.

Might - shows high self-esteem and positive thinking that is needed in putting together the ideas to creatively solve.

We - shows the courage to collaborate and build upon each others' contributions to find the solution.
